Hard to believe that stylists are working there so close to consumers without masks on. I had to ask for a different stylist. Made me feel uncomfortable. Clearly this location is not concerned with projecting an image that customer safety during a pandemic is a priority.

9/2/2018 Monday I visited the Harrisonburg, VA location for the first time. I called prior to coming because I recently had a very bad accident where I broke my leg in three places. I asked if the stylist could complete my haircut while I was in my wheel chair. They said no problem. I did not know I could have checked in online but now I do. I arrived and I was told I had to wait one hour. So I wheel chaired to the poke bowl restaurant two doors down and ate. After I got checked in and was able to get a great hair cut, shampoo, hot towel, and massage. I was able to use my walker to get out of my wheel chair to then sit at the wash chair. It powered up and down so it helped stand up and sit down much easier with one leg and a walker. I am very happy with my haircut and overall service/experience. I had a really nice lady. I am so sorry I misplaced my receipt that had her name on it. I know she will remember me. My wife was with me too! Great job! Coming back soon. Happy Customer.

I used to go to a local barbershop in town and they always did a really good job, but as they got more popular I found it more and more difficult to get an appointment with them. On top of that my barbers kept leaving the shop or didn't always perform a consistent cut. I have come here in between those times to fill in and the service has always been decent. But the last time I went, before my visit last evening I walked in and got Hannah. She did a wonderful job and made sure that she was performing the style of cut that I wanted. When I came in last evening I requested her and she was about to leave, but she stayed to cut my hair. I just really appreciate that because once again I had wonderful service. So, thank you, you really didn't have to stay but I do appreciate it. 15/10 service both times.

Took my son for a Back To School Haircut on Saturday August 18, 2018. Specifically asked for a fade, ended up with a buzz cut. The stylist obviously had no clue how to do a fade style haircut. The stylists are unprofessional, lack cosmetology skills, and are not knowledgeable of haircut styles, do poor job, and should receive proper training before being allowed to cut customers hair. Extremely long waiting times, and don't follow directions, when told how to cut the customers hair. We were charged $20.00 for our son's haircut and it wasn't what we asked for. I am highly dissatisfied with the service our son received. We will not be coming back. If the stylist didn't know how to do a fade haircut, she should have spoken up and said so, and directed us to a stylist who did know how. Instead she ruined our son's hair, our son was extremely upset and unhappy with his haircut and experience at Sports Clips in Harrisonburg Virginia.
