Because I know someone who works there, I had to ask (after my review was ignored) if these "reviews" are ACTUALLY read after my unpleasant experience with Ashley. (See above..) She only answered "they don't care". I simply received the WORSE haircut of my entire life.

Although a nice place with nice people, I left today with my hair shorter (than It's been since I was a BABY) after being as specific as possible as to my preferences in keeping it "long". I'm NOW unrecognizable by my family, friends, and co-workers. I don't know what MORE I could have said.

I was new to the area and needed someone new to cut my hair and I found the right person. Rachel from sports clips (I didn’t get her last name) was very kind, helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. I showed her what I wanted and she did it better than I expected
